“The Registration was cancelled either at the request of the registration holder, or the registration was delinquent for more than five years and subsequently cancelled, or the registrant did not meet the requirements for registration. Cancelled registrations are not renewable. The registration holder may not perform the business and/or dispensing functions authorized by this registration.”
