California State Board of Optometry

The licensee has met the conditions for renewal. The license is current and valid until the expiration date. Licensee is entitled to perform all duties authorized by the specific type of license unless licensee is subject to a restricted license as a result of disciplinary action taken by the Board.

TLG - Licensee is certified to use therapeutic pharmaceutical agents, perform lacrimal irrigation and dilation procedures for patients over 12 years old and diagnose and treat primary open angle glaucoma in patients over 18 years old.
