Valid - The license is current and valid. The licensee may engage in licensed/regulated activities until the license expires, provided all laws and regulations are followed. NOTE: Even when a license is valid, it may still be subject to restrictions from prior disciplinary action. Contact the Bureau for more information.

Probation - The license was subject to revocation due to disciplinary action; however, the revocation has been stayed, and the license is placed on probation. As part of the disciplinary order, there was a term of suspension. The licensee may not engage in regulated activities while the suspension is in effect. Operations may resume only after the suspension has been lifted and the license is returned to valid status. The licensee must comply with all terms and conditions of probation for the duration of the probationary period. Failure to comply may result in revocation or additional disciplinary action.
